Croatia Airlines Introduces Direct Flights Between Dubrovnik and Stuttgart for Summer 2026

Croatia Airlines has introduced a new direct flight route between Dubrovnik and Stuttgart for the 2026 summer season, marking the first time Croatia’s most recognisable tourist destination has been directly connected with the capital of Germany’s Baden-Württemberg region.

The new route operates twice weekly, on Mondays and Fridays, from May 4 to October 23, 2026, as part of the airline’s summer flight schedule.

Return tickets for the new Dubrovnik to Stuttgart route are already available from €129 through the official Croatia Airlines website.

Croatia Airlines says the new connection further strengthens ties between Croatia and Germany, which has long remained one of the country’s most important tourism markets.

“Germany has traditionally been one of the leading markets for Croatian tourism, and we believe this new route will make it even easier and faster for travellers from Baden-Württemberg to reach Dubrovnik and the Dubrovnik-Neretva County,” said Marija Pavić, Head of Sales at Croatia Airlines, during the presentation of the new route.

She added that the new connection is not only important for tourism, but also for Croatians living and working in the Stuttgart area and surrounding region.

“At the same time, we are opening new travel opportunities to Germany for passengers from Croatia. Beyond its tourism and economic importance, this route is especially significant for the many Croatians living and working in Stuttgart and nearby areas, as it provides better connectivity with their homeland.”

Alongside existing flights to Munich and Frankfurt, the new Stuttgart route will further expand southern Croatia’s connections with the German market and the rest of Europe.

From Dubrovnik, Croatia Airlines currently also operates flights to Athens, Paris, Prague, Rome, Zurich, Osijek and Zagreb.

The new route between Dubrovnik and Stuttgart comes after another major expansion of the Croatian national carrier’s network, including the recently introduced direct flights between New York City and Split.
