Crowd dancing in the rain during the second night of Ultra Europe 2026 in Split

Ultra Europe 2026: Calvin Harris lights up Split as festival heads into final night

The second night of Ultra Europe 2026 brought one of the most anticipated performances of this year’s festival, as Calvin Harris took over the Main Stage in Split.

The Scottish DJ and producer, making his Ultra Europe debut, was one of the biggest names on this year’s lineup and delivered one of the standout moments of the weekend in front of a packed crowd at Park Mladeži.

But music was not the only thing lighting up the sky above Split on Saturday night.

A thunderstorm brought rain, lightning and thunder to the city during the festival, but the performances continued as thousands of festivalgoers remained at Park Mladeži. The changing weather added an unexpected backdrop to one of the most anticipated nights of the weekend.

Alongside Calvin Harris, the second night featured a packed Main Stage programme, with Hardwell, Dom Dolla, WORSHIP, Maddix and Dash Berlin among the artists performing on Saturday.

The RESISTANCE stage, meanwhile, brought house and techno to the second night of Ultra Europe 2026.

Thunderstorm and rain did not stop the music

Saturday night brought unstable weather to Split, with thunder, lightning and rain arriving during the festival.

Despite the storm, the music continued and the festival programme carried on. Calvin Harris closed the second night of Ultra Europe in the rain, bringing Saturday’s programme at Park Mladeži to an end.

First two nights pass without major incidents

Despite tens of thousands of festivalgoers gathering at Park Mladeži and across Split, police reported no major security incidents during the first two nights of Ultra Europe.

According to Split-Dalmatia Police, both Friday and Saturday passed peacefully, with no significant security incidents recorded either at the festival venue or elsewhere in the city.

Police activity was largely focused on drug-related offences. Over the first two nights, 177 people were sanctioned for drug possession, while criminal investigations were conducted into several suspected drug-related offences.

On the first night, three Croatian nationals were investigated, with police reporting suspected offences related to the unauthorised production and trafficking of drugs and enabling drug use. Another five people were sanctioned for offences under other laws.

During the second night of Ultra Europe 2026, police investigated three people – two Croatian nationals and one foreign national – on suspicion of drug trafficking, while an investigation into another person remained ongoing. Twelve people were also sanctioned for other offences.

Ultra Europe heads into its final night

After two nights at Park Mladeži, Ultra Europe 2026 returns on Sunday for the third and final night of the main festival in Split.

The final night will bring another group of major international names, with FISHER, Martin Garrix, Armin van Buuren and BUNT. among the artists set to perform.

The festival programme at Park Mladeži runs through the early hours of Monday morning, bringing the three-night Split portion of Ultra Europe 2026 to a close.
